Meet Our Team

 

Ariadna Sadziene-Bessinger, MD
Dr. Sadziene-Bessinger attended Vilnius University Medical College. She interned at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and completed her residency Program at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Western Psychiatry Institute and Clinics; and a fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Western Psychiatry Institute and Clinics. 

She is board certified in General Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. 

 

Giselle Ferreira, MD 
Dr. Giselle Ferreira attended Medical School at the University of Rio de Janeiro. Dr. Ferreira completed her General Psychiatry Residency at the University of New Mexico. That was followed by a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, also at UNM, where she was the Chief Fellow.

Dr. Ferreira is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Dr. Ferreira’s professional interests include trauma, attachment, severe mental disorders, psychosis, as well as psychodynamic therapy, mind-body interfaces, holistic approaches, and cultural diversity.

 

Marshall Smith, MD
Dr. Smith completed his premedical studies at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. He earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, followed by a combined Psychiatry and Family Practice Internship at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon. Dr. Smith then went on to the National Capital Consortium in Washington, D.C. for a Combined Psychiatry and Family Practice Residency and later, a Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry.

Dr. Smith is also a Colonel (Retired) in the United States Army. His distinguished military career spanned nearly 40 years and included leadership roles including Equal Opportunity Program Director for the US Army Medical Command, Command Surgeon for the US Army South and Deputy Behavioral Health Department Chief at Brooke Army Medical Center.    

 

Jocelyne Klasen, Ph.D.
Dr. Klasen graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico’s University Honors Program with a Bachelor of University Studies. She went on to achieve a Master of Arts in Counseling from Western New Mexico University followed by a PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, California. In addition, she has extensive experience teaching graduate level courses in counseling. Dr. Klasen is fluent in French.

Dr. Klasen’s clinical interests are focused in the tradition of the Object Relation theories, human development, trauma, interdisciplinary studies, cultural traditions in relation to the development of the human psyche, and the treatment of severe emotional disorders. She uses a combination of humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral approaches.

 

Rosalyn Womack, DO
Dr. Womack holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of New Orleans. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Womack completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she served as chief resident in her final year. She then went on to complete a psychiatry fellowship at the State University of New York, Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Dr. Womack is board certified in General and Forensic Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.

 

Kwadwo Darko-Yeboah, PMHNP-BC
Mr. Darko-Yeboah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University. He is also a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse. He recently relocated to the Four Corners area from Ohio.

 

Susan Gilbert, BC-PMHNP
Ms. Gilbert holds a Master of Science in Nursing/PMHNP from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. She also holds Associate degrees in Nursing and Arts from Tarrant County College. She has more than seven years’ experience in psychiatric nursing, most recently working with disabled veterans.
