Working to promote digestive health through preventative care, our gastroenterologists screens for, manages, and treats a number of conditions related to the digestive tract and liver.

Meet Our Team

Jason Glass, MD

Dr. Glass attended the University of Maryland in College Park, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in General Biology. He went on to attend Medical School at George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. graduating with Distinction with his Medical Doctorate. Dr. Glass completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, followed by a Clinical Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Department of Digestive and Liver Disease.

 

Joseph Edelson, MD AGAF

Dr. Edelson received a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York in 1978 and then entered the U.S. Army. Dr. Edelson completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC, followed by a Gastroenterology Fellowship. He served overseas in Korea and remained in the Army Medical Corps until 1987 and then served in the Reserve Components until 1991. 

Abdo Saad, MD, FACG

Dr. Saad earned his medical degree from American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, followed by a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Dr. Saad also completed a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Missouri in Columbia, followed by an Advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease Fellowship at the University of Chicago in Illinois.

 

Patrick Olise MPH, PA-C

Mr. Olise holds three master's degrees. He received his Master of Public Administration from California State University in Hayward in 2001, a Master of Public Health from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health in Atlanta, Georgia in 2003, and a Master of Medical Science from Mercer University College of Healthcare professionals, also in Atlanta, in 2014. 

 

Kyle Ruckman, PA

Mr. Ruckman grew up in Cortez, Colorado and attended Montezuma Cortez High School. He went on to Colorado College in Colorado Springs where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience. He graduated from Boston University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program in Boston, Massachusetts.

 

Molly Bodewes, PA-C

Ms. Bodewes (pronounced “Bo Davis”) received a degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Mayo Clinic/University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. She has 25 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, where she has specialized in gastroenterology, internal medicine and endocrinology. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as a registered dietitian and health educator. In addition to her Physician Assistant degree, she holds as a Master of Science in Health Education from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
