Healthy Living with Diabetes

As a part of our commitment to build a healthier community, we are offering FREE diabetes education services and group classes. Diabetes classes can cover:

  • Healthy eating
  • Carbohydrate counting
  • Blood glucose testing and pattern analysis
  • Exercising and other forms of movement
  • Foot care
