Meet Your Pharmacists

Paul Viramontes, RPh

Paul brings more than 25 years of retail pharmacy leadership experience to San Juan Regional. After earning his pharmacy degree from the University of New Mexico, he managed retail pharmacies in Arizona before moving to Farmington in 2000, where he spent the past two decades leading Target CVS pharmacies.

An avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman, Paul enjoys spending time with his family—including his son, who was born at SJRMC and is now a member of our nursing team. He is excited to serve both our caregivers and the community in the new retail pharmacy.

Marissa Rodriguez, PharmD, RPh

A Four Corners native, Marissa earned both her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of New Mexico. She has more than 10 years of retail pharmacy experience, including six years as a licensed pharmacist in New Mexico.

Marissa is passionate about serving the community she calls home and looks forward to caring for patients and caregivers alike. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
