San Juan Health Partners is expanding its services remotely in compliance with the state of New Mexico’s recent public health order during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to meet the essential healthcare needs of our community, our clinics will now be offering telephone and video visits with our providers.

If you are in need of medical care with one of our clinics, please call the clinic’s main phone number to schedule your appointment as you would normally. A customer service representative will call you to check you in for your virtual visit.

Our relationship with your family often starts at birth, with our doctors and advanced care practitioners performing check-ups on newborns at San Juan Regional Medical Center. We foster the relationships with the families we serve over the years and have the privilege of watching your children grow and thrive as we offer well-check visits, treatment for illnesses, vaccinations, screenings, sports physicals and more.
