Janelle Corley

Janelle Corley, PTA

Pediatric Rehabilitation Outpatient Center Coordinator

Janelle graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program with an Associates of Applied Science from San Juan College in 2015. Additionally, Janelle has a Bachelors in Career and Technical Education through Eastern New Mexico University, which she obtained in 2020. Janelle has been practicing in the Physical Therapy field since 2015 and has worked with SJRMC since 2016, and in that time has worked in multiple settings, including Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Acute Care with SJRMC and her current and most favorite setting, Pediatric Rehabilitation Outpatient Center. Janelle has experience with a multitude of diagnoses, including, Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Torticollis and Plagiocephaly, Down Syndrome, Gross Motor Developmental Delay and a multitude of genetic disorders. Additionally, Janelle has worked with Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation from 2015-2019 with the focus on Adaptive Sport Camps here in San Juan County. Janelle's main goal is to improve as many lives as possible through the world of Rehabilitation.

In her free time, Janelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son who enjoy all the outdoor activities that the Four Corners Region has to offer.

Laura Savage

Laura Savage, PT, DPT

Laura earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2023, following a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Fort Lewis College in 2020.

Before entering physical therapy school, she had a passion for working with kids, which she pursued through volunteering with Special Olympics and other adaptive sports programs. Her academic journey was marked by a deep interest in neuroscience, anatomy and pediatric PT classes and being a part of the neuro and pediatric clubs at her school.

Ali McGuire

Ali McGuire, CCC-SLP, CLC

Ali is a Farmington local who graduated with her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2016. She also received training to become a Certified Lactation Consultant in 2016. Ali enjoys treating infants, toddlers, and children with feeding difficulties. Helping moms and dads feed their babies is one of her favorite things to do!

Ali lives in Farmington with her husband and two children. They enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer.

Karen Brack

Karen Brack, MS, CF-SLP

Karen is a born and raised Farmington local. She holds two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree from Eastern New Mexico University. She graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with her Master of Science in Communicative Disorders with an emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology in 2024. During graduate school she gained experience in Speech-Language Pathology across the lifespan.

Karen enjoys treating individuals of all ages and has additional experience working with Early Intervention children. In her free time Karen enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.

Brooke Fiske

Brooke Fiske, MS, CCC-SLP, CLC

M. Brooke Fiske grew up in Farmington. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado and her Master of Science degree in SLP from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of their association. She is certified in LSVT LOUD treatment for patients with neurological disorders. She has advanced training in evaluation and treatment of dysphagia in the pre-term infant, infant, and pediatric populations. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor from training and testing through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.

Brooke has inpatient as well as outpatient clinical experience in feeding and swallowing disorders in infant through geriatric populations. She is skilled in completion of Modified Barium Swallow Studies in both adults and pediatrics. She evaluates and treats medically fragile patients from Intensive Care Unit to Special Care Nursery. She was previously a member of the Four Corners Cleft Palate Team. She has been an SLP for SJRMC for over eight years. Brooke loves spending her free time with her husband and four children enjoying the outdoors.

Ingrid Owens

Ingrid Owens, MS, CCC-SLP

Ingrid graduated with a bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University. She later received a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas. Ingrid relocated to Farmington in 2011 after falling in love with the views, the weather and the people of the Four Corners. She has experience working in skilled nursing, early intervention and the school setting. Ingrid is passionate about language development and phonological disorders in multilingual/multicultural populations.

Ingrid is a Spanish-Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Multicultural Endorsement from the state of New Mexico as well as a Multilingual Provider designation with the American Speech and Hearing Association. Ingrid enjoys reading, cooking and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughters. She is also an active member of the Bilingual SLP community, participating in mentorship programs and creating professional development courses and presentations on multilingual service delivery.

Alondra Delgado

Alondra Delgado, MS, CF-SLP

Alondra is a Farmington local who graduated with her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of New Mexico. During graduate school she gained knowledge and experience in various settings and populations including pediatric feeding, early intervention and working with bilingual children. At UNM she was a part of a longstanding program dedicated to assisting Comunidad Crecer, the only school in Mexico that provides a wide range of services to individuals with disabilities.

Alondra is a bilingual Spanish-English speaking therapist whose special interest is working with bilingual and multicultural populations. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, playing the piano and painting.
