Janelle Corley

Janelle Corley, PTA

Pediatric Rehabilitation Outpatient Center Coordinator

Janelle has been dedicated to improving lives through rehabilitation since 2015, bringing extensive experience to her role as a Physical Therapist Assistant. A graduate of San Juan College’s PTA program with an Associates of Applied Science (2015) and a Bachelor’s in Career and Technical Education from Eastern New Mexico University (2020), Janelle combines clinical expertise with a passion for education. Since 2016, she has worked with SJRMC and brings with her clinical background in diverse settings, including Skilled Nursing, Acute Care and Adult Rehabilitation Outpatient, before finding her passion in Pediatric Rehabilitation Outpatient care.

Janelle has experience treating a wide array of diagnoses, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, Down Syndrome, Gross Motor Delay and various genetic disorders. Beyond her clinical work, she served as an Assistant Camp Director with the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (2015-2019), focusing on Adaptive Sport Camps in San Juan County. In addition to her clinical practice, Janelle is a Teacher’s Assistant for the San Juan College Physical Therapist Assistant Program, mentoring the next generation of professionals. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the Four Corners Region with her husband and children.

Laura Savage

Laura Savage, PT, DPT

Laura earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2023, following a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Fort Lewis College in 2020. Before entering physical therapy school, she had a passion for working with kids, which she pursued through volunteering with Special Olympics and other adaptive sports programs. Her academic journey was marked by a deep interest in neuroscience, anatomy and pediatric PT classes and being a part of the neuro and pediatric clubs at her school.

Laura enjoys working with children of all ages—from infants to teenagers, treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is also an IMPACT-trained physical therapist, helping children safely recover from concussions. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, especially exploring the outdoors.

Ali McGuire

Ali McGuire, CCC-SLP, CLC

Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation Center

Ali is a Farmington native who has been a caregiver at SJRMC since 2011. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2016 and, in the same year, completed additional training to become a Certified Lactation Counselor.

Ali is passionate about working with infants, toddlers, and children with feeding challenges in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience treating infants and children with poor weight gain, difficulty transitioning to solid foods, tube feeding weaning, and selective eating. Outside of work, Ali enjoys playing pickleball and staying active in the community with her husband and two children.

Karen Brack

Karen Brack, MS, CCC-SLP

Karen is a born and raised Farmington local. She holds two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree from Eastern New Mexico University. She graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with her Master of Science in Communicative Disorders with an emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology in 2024. She currently holds a speech-language pathology license in New Mexico and a certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Karen primarily provides outpatient pediatric evaluation and treatment but also provides the same services for the adult population. She continues to seek more educational certifications to continue to provide the best care for her patients.

Karen enjoys treating individuals of all ages and has additional experience working with Early Intervention children. In her free time Karen enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and dog, or night in for game night.

Ingrid Owens

Ingrid Owens, MS, CCC-SLP

Ingrid graduated with a bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University. She later received a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas. Ingrid relocated to Farmington in 2011 after falling in love with the views, the weather and the people of the Four Corners. She has experience working in skilled nursing, early intervention and the school setting. Ingrid is passionate about language development and phonological disorders in multilingual/multicultural populations.

Ingrid is a Spanish-Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Multicultural Endorsement from the state of New Mexico as well as a Multilingual Provider designation with the American Speech and Hearing Association. Ingrid enjoys reading, cooking and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughters. She is also an active member of the Bilingual SLP community, participating in mentorship programs and creating professional development courses and presentations on multilingual service delivery.

Alondra Delgado

Alondra Delgado, MS, CCC-SLP

Alondra is a Farmington local who graduated with her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of New Mexico in 2023. Alondra has experience in various settings including acute care, NICU and outpatient and works with various populations including pediatric feeding, early intervention, and working with bilingual children. Alondra enjoys working with children with speech and language difficulties and loves supporting families through feeding difficulties. 

Alondra is a bilingual Spanish-English speaking therapist whose special interest is working with bilingual and multicultural populations. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, playing in an orchestra and gardening.
