Shafqat Ullah, MD

Dr. Ullah earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.S.) at Quaid-e-Azam Medical College in Pakistan. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Bahawal Victoria Hospital in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, followed by several clinical externships in the United States, then returned to Pakistan to work as a primary care physician. He recently moved to Farmington for the Internal Medicine Residency program.

In his free time, Dr. Ullah enjoys cooking Indo-Pak recipes, playing cricket, badminton and table tennis, and performing cultural dances with music.

Chathurika Priyabhashinie, MD

Dr. Priyabhashinie earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.S.) from the University of Kelaniya Faculty of Medicine in Sri Lanka. Following medical school, she completed an internship at Colombo-North Teaching Hospital in Ragama, Sri Lanka and later pursued postgraduate education in Clinical Nutrition through the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine at the University of Colombo. Dr. Priyabhashinie also completed several clinical externships and research opportunities in the United States before moving to Farmington for her Internal Medicine Residency program.

She is the mother of two daughters and enjoys baking, cross-stitching and playing violin in her free time.

Mahnoor Shah, MD

Dr. Shah earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.S.) from King Edward Medical University in Pakistan. She completed an internship at Mayo Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan, followed by a residency program at Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, one of the busiest hospitals in Pakistan. Dr. Shah gained additional experience as a visiting medical graduate at multiple hospitals in the United States before moving to Farmington for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.

Her hobbies include cooking, reading, sketching and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Maryam Abbas Malik, MD

Dr. Malik earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.S.) from Services Institute of Medical Sciences in Pakistan. She completed an internship at Services Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan and then came to the United States for the opportunity to gain further experience as a clinical observer and researcher.

Her hobbies include being creative through portrait and pottery painting, photography and journaling. Dr. Malik also enjoys meditating, exercising and going for long walks in her spare time and looks forward to exploring the Four Corners.
