San Juan Regional Medical Center is accredited by DNV. By demonstrating compliance in hospital quality, innovation, and continued performance improvement, we are able to provide personalized healthcare to our community. San Juan Regional Medical Center is part of the international What Matters to You movement, enhancing the patient experience by focusing on what matters to our patients. Asking What Mattes to You? is about working to understand what matters to a patient within the larger context of their life. It is a simple question with a powerful impact. It can help patients and caregivers:

  • Improve communication
  • Foster shared decisions
  • Build trust and respectful relationships
  • Ensure that care is aligned with what matters to patients and their families

SJRMC strives to deliver quality and compassionate care to all of our patients and their families.

Please let us know if you have a concern—we value your input and view it as an opportunity for improvement.
