movement, enhancing the patient experience by focusing on what matters to our patients. Asking What Mattes to You?
is about working to understand what matters to a patient within the larger context of their life. It is a simple question with a powerful impact. It can help patients and caregivers:
- Improve communication
- Foster shared decisions
- Build trust and respectful relationships
- Ensure that care is aligned with what matters to patients and their families
SJRMC strives to deliver quality and compassionate care to all of our patients and their families.
