Labor and Pain Management

This class covers one of the most feared aspects of having a baby – the pain associated with labor and delivery. We will discuss what to expect during all stages of labor and how to cope with the pain whether you are having a natural childbirth or plan to use pain interventions. You will learn breathing strategies, birth ball and stretching exercises and how to prepare your body for labor and delivery. We will also learn relaxation strategies to help cope with the pain and anxiety that women often fear as labor approaches.

Let's Talk About Sex - Sex Education for Teens 14-17 (Boys only)

This class is intended for teens ages 14-17 years old and will be offered separately for male and female students to encourage open dialogue and promote an environment where questions are freely asked without embarrassment or concerns regarding the opposite sex.

Bump Day!

This class covers what to expect on your delivery day from the time you go into labor until baby is delivered. It covers breathing strategies, tips for laboring at home, when to come to the hospital and what to expect once you get to the hospital as well as medical interventions such as an epidural. It is a good review for someone who has already had a baby or a good class to let new moms know what to expect on their delivery day.
