This course goes over the essentials of caring for a newborn baby. The class is intended for both parents or any caregivers of an infant to learn essential information. Important topics like what to expect after delivery and in the first few weeks are covered, breastfeeding and feeding basics, diapering basics, infant health and safety and much more.

Our team of experts, which includes an orthopedic surgeon panel, a physical therapist and joint nurse coordinators, will be discussing risk factors, symptoms, prevention, and treatment options. Our goal for you is to help you.

The target audience of this class is 18–25-year-olds but anyone over 18 is welcome to attend. This class focuses on understanding basic male and female anatomy, what is recommended to maintain good sexual health, birth control options and how they work, including emergency contraception and preventing sexually transmitted infections/diseases, as well as signs and symptoms of STIs/STDs.
