A Partnership Between San Juan College and San Juan Regional Medical Center

San Juan College (SJC) and San Juan Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) are working together to grow and support our local nursing workforce. This collaborative effort is focused on expanding the number of nursing graduates and faculty members right here in our community.
For Prospective Nursing Faculty
San Juan College is actively recruiting additional full-time nursing faculty. Thanks to generous funding from San Juan Regional Medical Center, new faculty members will receive:
- A $10,000 annual stipend in addition to their base salary
- The opportunity to be part of a mission-driven program that supports the next generation of nurses

For Future Nursing Students
San Juan College is expanding its efforts to recruit and support more nursing students. As part of this initiative, students who enter into an agreement with SJRMC will receive:
- A $4,800 living stipend per semester
- Support that allows them to focus on their education and prepare for a rewarding career in nursing
