Medical Insurance

Full-time and halftime employees can select from two generous health insurance options of individual, employee plus spouse, employee plus child or family coverage. 

Free Life Insurance
Basic life insurance is one (1) times an employee's annual base salary. Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) is an additional one (1) times an employee's annual salary. Employees can enroll in supplemental life insurance coverage for themselves, their spouses, and their children.

Free Short Term Disability
Income replacement of 60 percent for up to 13 weeks.

Free Long Term Disability
Income replacement of 60 percent in the event you are unable to return to work following Short Term Disability.

Tax Sheltered Annuity
All employees are eligible upon hire. Beginning at hire, the medical center will contribute 50 percent of full-time and halftime employees' contribution up to a four percent maximum. Vesting schedule is at three years.

Onsite Childcare
Employees have access to the Children’s Discovery Place, an onsite daycare center accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The center serves children six weeks through five years, providing convenient, quality care to meet both the childcare and educational needs of our employees and their families.   

Paid Time Off

Time and a half for hours worked for all non-exempt employees. Also, full-time employees receive eight hours and halftime employees receive four hours of holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In addition, full-time and halftime employees are eligible to receive eight hours and four hours holiday pay respectively for the employee's birthday and one floating holiday per year.
