San Juan Regional Medical Center is a community owned and operated hospital located in the beautiful San Juan River Valley in northwest New Mexico. A non-profit hospital serving the Four Corners area, we have a rich heritage dating back to 1910.

Today, we have grown into a 198-bed, Level III trauma center featuring state-of-the-art operating suites and 165 private patient rooms with fresh air balconies.

This is a single class meant for grandparents of all ages and stages to take and see what has changed since they raised their children.  Topics to be addressed will include newborn care refreshers, car seat updates, safe sleep practices, supporting breastfeeding, ways to offer support to your children and lots more.  It is also an ideal opportunity to ask questions and relieve any concerns you have.
