San Juan Regional Medical Center Offering FREE Community Seminar on Spine Health
Join San Juan Regional Medical Center for an interactive spine health seminar led by our team of experts. “Stand Tall: Your Guide to a Healthy Spine” will be held at San Juan College’s Zia Conference Center on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
Neurosurgeon Dr. Paul Davis, physical therapist Kelley Sedlacek, and Total Joint and Spine Coordinator Evie Farquharson will share practical tips to keep your spine healthy and pain-free and explain which symptoms to watch for.
Learn how to maintain good posture, exercises to strengthen your back, and when to seek medical advice for back or neck pain. This engaging and interactive session will include time for you to get your questions answered and hands-on activities like a posture check and spine trivia quiz. Whether you occasionally experience backaches or simply want to prevent spine issues as you age, this seminar will provide clear, trustworthy guidance in a friendly setting. It is offered free of charge as a benefit from your community hospital, San Juan Regional Medical Center.
