Join SJRMC for the 2020 New Mexico Virtual Heart Walk
San Juan Regional Medical Center invites our community to join us for the American Heart Association® Heart Walk to bring awareness to heart health. Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of all Americans. But in many cases, it doesn’t have to be. Improving your heart health can be as easy as exercising. Increasing your steps by walking is a great way to start.
This year’s New Mexico Virtual Heart Walk will take place on Saturday, June 13 with opening virtual ceremonies kicking off at 8:00 a.m. Since this is a virtual heart walk, you can participate from anywhere. Get walking in place or social distance around your neighborhood. To register, visit www.newmexicoheartwalk.org. Once you’ve registered, set a goal and personalize your fundraising page to make it easy for friends and family to donate. Every dollar raised helps to fund lifesaving science that can help us all live longer, healthier lives.
