San Juan Regional Medical Center is an acute care hospital in the Four Corners region with 198 licensed beds. This class is intended to be taken prior to getting pregnant or in the first trimester but parents are welcome to take the class at any point. This is a 3-part course that addresses what is happening to mom and baby each trimester, the importance of nutrition and healthy practices during pregnancy, staying active during pregnancy and getting ready for baby.
Classes begin March 29.
