WAKE WITH BACK PAIN?

You may need to change the way you sleep

Mattress:
There really is no right or wrong mattress for a better back. If your mattress keeps your spine in a neutral position and gives you adequate support, and you wake up feeling good, that's a good fit for you.

Pillow:
Your pillow should support the natural curve of your neck to prevent strain on your back, neck and shoulders. Pillows are not just for your head and neck. You may want to consider additional pillows, such as one under your knees, to keep your spine in the proper position.

Sleep Position:
