All Adolescent Cardiac Screening sessions are now full and registration is closed.

If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for no shows on Saturday, August 17th please email Barbara Charles, bjcharles@sjrmc.net. Please provide your name, name of child that will be participating and phone number that you can be reached at on that day.


Take a proactive approach to heart health and participate in the FREE adolescent cardiac screening for athletes ages 13 to 18 years old. The screening will include a limited echo and baseline EKG.  

A parent or legal guardian must be present. Please bring the informed consent and participation form filled out with you to the event.
