Monday, September 14, 2020 SJRMC Experiencing IT Issues

San Juan Regional Medical Center is experiencing IT issues that are affecting email communication and internet connectivity. The IT issues are not impacting our ability to use our clinical systems and are not affecting patient care.

Our IT team is working around the clock with extensive support teams to get everything back up and running. However, we don’t know yet how long that will take and expect connectivity issues throughout the week. If you have sent an email to an employee within our organization within the last few days, that communication may not have been delivered. We encourage anyone needing to contact us to please call the clinic, department, or individual directly. You can find many numbers listed on our website at www.sanjuanregional.com. We also have operators available 24/7 by calling our main hospital line 505.609.2000.
