Ambulance
Emergency Services at San Juan Regional Medical Center are available to those in sudden need of treatment or emergency services 24 hours a day. Qualified physicians and professional nurses are always on duty.

Air Care
Air Care is San Juan Regional Medical Center's medical flight program which serves the residents of San Juan County, the Four Corners region, and much of the Navajo Nation. The program includes both a helicopter and an airplane which are fully staffed with highly trained personnel and state-of-the-art equipment. This service is dedicated to the transfer of critically ill or injured patients 24 hours a day.

Ambulance
The ground ambulance operation of Emergency Medical Services in San Juan County is a cooperative effort between San Juan Regional Medical Center, San Juan County, and the cities of Farmington, Aztec and Bloomfield. Available 24 hours a day for emergent and life-threatening situations, this service operates as the Advanced Life Support level program in San Juan County, and is staffed by paramedic level EMTs.

The ambulance service covers approximately 5000 square miles in San Juan County, and responds to nearly 10,000 calls per year.  Access to emergency ambulance EMS transport is through the San Juan County Consolidated Communications Center and can be accessed by calling 9-1-1.

Emergency Department
Emergency Department physicians and nurses at San Juan Regional Medical Center are available 24 hours a day. While every effort is made to care for each patient promptly, treatment is based on medical urgency, and not on the order of arrival. This means the most seriously ill or injured patients will be treated first.
