SJRMC Rehabilitation Outpatient Center Grand Opening

FARMINGTON, NM (July 17, 2007) San Juan Regional Medical Center's Rehabilitation Outpatient Center has moved from 727 W. Animas to 301 S. Auburn (at the corner of Animas and Auburn). A Grand Opening of the newly constructed facility will be held on Friday, July 20th from 11am-2pm. The public is invited to attend, and door prizes, tours and refreshments will be offered.

The Rehabilitation Outpatient Center serves patients who require therapy after traumatic brain injuries, mastectomies, motor vehicle injuries, strokes, injuries to vocal cords, and many other conditions. This spacious facility (about 9000 square feet) allows ample space for specialized exercise and therapy equipment. The new center has a special section set aside for Pediatric Rehabilitation, the only such space in the Four Corners, as well as separate areas for speech, occupational and physical therapies.
