Full-time and halftime employees can select from three health insurance options of individual or family coverage.
One option for full-time employees is paid 100% by the medical center
- LIFE INSURANCE
-
Basic life insurance is 1 times an employee's annual salary AD&D is an additional 1 times an employee's annual salary
Employees can enroll in supplemental life insurance coverage for themselves, their spouses and their children
- SHORT TERM DISABILITY
-
60% of income replacement for up to 13 weeks
- LONG TERM DISABILITY

50% of income replacement in the event you are unable to return to work following Short Term Disability
- TAX SHELTERED ANNUITY

All employees are eligible. After 12 months of continuous employment, the medical center will contribute 50% of the full-time and halftime employees' contribution up to a 4% maximum.
- PENSION PLAN

The medical center contributes 3% of your gross income toward this Money Purchase Plan
- PAID TIME OFF
- Accrual is based on length of service:

1 - 4 years = 152 hours per year
4 - 9 years = 192 hours per year
10+ years = 232 hours per year
- HOLIDAYS

Double time for hours worked for all non-exempt employees. Also, full-time employees receive 8 hours and halftime employees receive 4 hours of holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. In addition, full-time and halftime employees are eligible to receive 8 hours and 4 hours holiday pay respectively for the employee's birthday and one floating holiday per year.
