When you need professional answers to your health questions, turn to the San Juan Regional Call Center. If you are NOT experiencing any symptoms and need health infomation only, you can send an email and receive a response within two (2) business days.

Please CALL the San Juan Regional Call Center when: 
You are not sure whether you need medical care from your doctor; 

You are not sure whether you should go to an urgent care center or the emergency room.

Our registered nurses can review your symptoms and offer guidance for medical care. They use medical guidelines tested and approved by physicians to help you dtermine the appropriate level of care for your condition. The nurses may recommend a range of options, from visiting the Emergency Department to self care at home. They will even send information to your doctor if you wish about your call and their recommendation.
