As an Internal Medicine practice, we focus on primary care for adults. Our board certified physician and nurse practioner work as a team to best serve our clients. We offer specialized care programs for those with diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease.

Our offices are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are located at 2700 Farmington Ave, Building F, Suite 2, in Farmington, New Mexico. Our phone number is 505-326-5359.

APPOINTMENTS

We make every effort to see that every client is seen as quickly as possible. Those with urgent needs are seen the same day as their call. If you are a new client, please allow at least two weeks for your first appointment.

AFTER HOURS

One of our physicians is on call at all times. If you need to speak with a doctor after our office has closed, simply call our main number— 505-326-5359.

INSURANCE

We accept most insurance coverages. Many of our clients receive Medicare benefits. For your convenience, our staff bills your insurance for you.

OUR PRACTITIONERS

Edward A. Kompare, MD
Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics

• Dr. Kompare has been a Four Corners resident for more than 20 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr. Kompare joined the San Juan Regional Medical Center staff in 1990. He and his wife Maria are the parents of four grown children.
