Internal Medicine focuses on the primary care of adults. Internists diagnose and treat chronic illnesses as well as treatment of common problems and preventative medicine. Our board certified physician offers specialized care programs for those with diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Ronald Alan Tung Li
Dr. Li joins San Juan Regional Internal Medicine and Pulmonology as an Internal Medicine Physician. He attended the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Manila, Phillipines where he received his Doctor of Medicine Degree. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Permian Basin, Texas and was certified by the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. He in married to Dr. Caterina Li and enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and sports.

Dr. Nimit Agarwal
Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics
Dr. Nimit joins San Juan Regional Internal Medicine and Pulmonology as an Internal Medicine Physician. He attended medical school in Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Agarwal completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons at Harlem Hospital Center in New York and completed his fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.

He is excited to be educating our community about elder care and the resources available. Dr. Agarwal enjoys photography, adventure sports and travel.

Dr. Ranjit Kumar
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Dr. Ranjit Kumar joins San Juan Regional Internal Medicine and Pulmonology as an Internal Medicine Physician. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ranjendra Medical College in Ranchi, India. He completed his residency in Opthalmology at Patna Medical College in Patna, India and continued in Internal Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Kumar is married to Sarika Kumar and enjoys hiking, biking and playing table tennis.

Pulmonology focuses on the diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract. Pulmonologists diagnose and treat lung diseases. Pulmonologists perform pulmonary function testing, bronchoscopes and lung biopsies.

Dr. Tahir Lone
Board Certified in Pulmonology
Dr. Lone has relocated to Farmington from New York where he was a Fellow in Pulmonary Medicine at Columbia University Harlem Hospital Center. He received his medical degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan and served his internship and residency at Columbia University Harlem Hospital Center.

We make every effort to see that every patient is seen as quickly as possible.

AFTER HOURS

One of our physicians is on call at all times. If you need to speak with a doctor after our office has closed, simply call our main number – (505) 609-6730.

INSURANCE

We accept most insurance plans. Many of our patients receive Medicare benefits. For your convenience, our staff bills your insurance for you.
