Heart disease is a common health problem in the United States, but there are steps you can take to reduce your risk—and possibly even prevent a heart attack. As your community hospital, we’re giving you a great opportunity to get free heart health information and participate in activities that promote healthy lifestyles.
A Fair of the Heart Health Fair
Stop by for door prizes, blood pressure screenings, cardiac screenings (including baseline EKG), nutrition and diet information, education materials, open discussions with our cardiologists, and coupons for cholesterol screenings.

Goosebump 5K and One-Mile Race
Online registration for the Goosebump 5K or One-Mile Race has ended. There will be NO registration the day of the event, however, if you want to late register, you may come to packet pick up and do so. Depending on availability, late registrants will not receive a T-shirt. Race packet and T-shirt pick up will be at 407 South Schwartz on Friday, February 17 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Community CPR and AED Training
(Not a full or certification course)

Time: Session 1 is from noon to 1:00 p.m.
Session 2 is from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Who: Adults 18 years and older
Participants must be able to kneel on the ground or stand at a table to complete the training.
